Repair and refurbishment

With our extensive knowledge and experience of hydraulic bolt tensioners and all types of high-pressure equipment, we offer a complete tool repair, refurbishment and upgrade services that covers all types of hydraulic bolt tensioners, hydraulic nuts, pumps, hoses and ancillary equipment.

Certified refurbed

Continuous use of bolt tensioners will reduce reliability. Periodic test, inspection and seal replacement keeps tools working like new. Equipment that has not been used for sometime, or has no traceable test certification, benefits from a complete inspection and refurbishment to ensure the equipment is safe and meets latest pressure equipment regulations.

Our service includes:
  • Complete tool strip down
  • Through clean. Shot blast or chemical bath as required.
  • Damage inspection
  • Inspection report to customer
  • Fitting of new seals and components
  • Pressure testing
  • Certification
High pressure equipment must be treated with respect. If your equipment doesn’t have a valid test certificate, do not use it. Send it to us for our CERTIFIED REFURBED service.

At the end of the process we will certify any work carried out and CE Mark equipment that has been upgraded to meet the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive.

  • Pump and gauge calibration

    We provide pump pressure test and gauge calibration certificates for all makes and models. We provide full point to point rise and fall calibration certification.

  • Technology upgrade

    Update old tensioners to latest generation high integrity polymer seals. We take all makes and models of tooling and retrofit new design pistons and seals. Improve your tooling reliability and ensure compliance. Equipment can be upgraded to ensure it complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive.

  • Maintenance contract

    Customers with large inventories of hydraulic equipment will benefit from our managed service contracts. We offer be-spoke tailored packages to suit your requirements. Our aim is to ensure that your tooling is always available, safe and certified to use, whilst reducing your overall maintenance cost. Call our team to discuss.
