TensionPro has launched HYCOBOLT, an advanced hydraulic coupling bolt designed to deliver high performance torque transmission for critical load rotating shafts and couplings.

HYCOBOLT is direct retrofit replacement to conventional fitted bolts on rotating machinery, providing significant benefits through both operational improvements in coupling performance and time saving during plant maintenance periods. Unlike conventional and previous generation coupling bolts, it can be installed and removed quickly and reliably.

The product has been developed by a highly experienced team and has been through an extensive research and development program.  Expert marketing, sales and engineering knowledge for this technology is being supplied by the launch team of TensionPro director Dave Metzger and HYCOBOLT chief designer Martin Walsh, who has vast experience in this market segment.
